Callan & Garret met freshman year of college at Garret's fraternity house at the University of Arkansas. After becoming friends and spending time together in group settings, Callan decided to take Garret to a sorority function a few months later.

Although they fell out of touch for a few years, Callan & Garret reconnected in the fall of their senior year of college during COVID. They soon realized they had romantic feelings for each other, and started dating exclusively around Halloween.

In December of 2020, Callan & Garret spent 2 weeks together as they traveled to Austin, TX and Memphis, TN to meet each other's parents.

After graduation, Callan moved back to Memphis for an internship as Garret started his career with the Fayetteville Fire Department. Although long distance was hard, they managed to see each other every few weeks- even taking a trip to Rosemary Beach in the fall.

In May of 2022, Callan & Garret flew to Hawaii to spend time with Garret's brother, Eric. Callan decided she was going to move back to Fayetteville, AR to be closer to Garret. (5 min away, to be exact)

Two years after moving back to Fayetteville, Garret decided Callan was the one and proposed to her on July 27th of 2024. They spend that night surrounded by family and friends celebrating their love with the people who had been there since the beginning!
